Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  5. If using tofu, add it to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
  6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and tofu, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.
